Our cohosting fee is calculated before taxes and platform fees, so you’re not paying a percentage on money you never receive. And because our fee is tied to your rental income, our interests are aligned with yours — when your listing does well, we do well.

Guest communication, listing and pricing support, cleaning coordination, maintenance and repair coordination, emergency support, and ongoing help with the day-to-day details of your short-term rental.
Prefer to Use Your Own Cleaner?
Our 9% cohosting rate applies when cleaning is handled by our sister company, Clean Hale Hawaii. If you prefer to use another cleaning provider, cohosting is 11% to account for the additional coordination involved.
